Steps for Breaking Down any Advanced Exercise

At OPC we believe Pilates is a practice, not a perfect. And that it's more important to focus on what IS possible in your body than what is not.

But, that can feel tricky when you come across an exercise that you feel like you should be able to do by now and just can't.

Or, maybe the exercise seems scary & out of reach, but you want to be able to do it someday.

Whether you use this for yourself or for class/session planning, I have a simple method to bring myself or clients up to an exercise and help them do what IS possible in the exercise for their body.
